Our SME Legal Bundles

The rates listed below exclude applicable taxes.

Provincial Incorporation and Federal Incorporation- $1350*

This package includes:

Preparation and drafting of incorporation documents including articles of incorporation and notices;
Preparation of documents related to the corporate organization of the Company including general by-laws, resolutions of directors and shareholders, subscriptions and issuances of shares, acceptance of directorship, and the design of shareholder, director, officer, ultimate beneficial owner/effective control registers, and securities;
Electronic filing of the initial declaration.

*The above rate includes legal fees. Disbursements are additional.

Annual Assemblies of a Corporation- $425 / Year*

This package includes:

Verification of public records and the minute book;
Communication and coordination with accountants to obtain the accounting information required for the company’s mandatory annual update;
Design and drafting of mandatory annual resolutions;
Preparation of a dividend declaration, if applicable;
Communications with the client;
Maintenance of the company’s corporate records book.

* The above rate includes legal fees. Disbursements are additional.

Trademark Registration- $2637.35 to $2997.35*

This package includes:

Study of the documents submitted for opening the file;
Obtaining and studying the availability search report;
Preparation and drafting of the registration request;
Receipt and verification of the OPIC acknowledgment of receipt;
Receipt and verification of the approval notice;
Verification of the Trademark Journal;
Receipt of the admission notice;
Receipt and verification of the Registration Certificate;
Correspondence with the client at various stages of the mandate.

*The fees include legal fees and disbursements.

Non-Disclosure Agreement - $700

Discussion, analysis of needs, and drafting of the Confidentiality Agreement.
